The main objective of an awareness training is giving an introduction to the (ISO) International Organization for Standardization, its infrastructure, memberships, the standard’s development process and procedures. It will give a basic idea about the standard, benefits, procedures, and audit details also.     The 4-Day ISO  Implementation training course provides a systematic look into the ISO standard – Requirements International Standard, focusing on two areas: The foundation of ISO standard based on the common framework adopted by all ISO standards: the High Level Structure (HLS), common text, and common terminology. In depth overview of each clause of the ISO standard, explaining what the standard says, what the standard means, how to implement the standard in the real world, and how to audit it.

    This highly praised course was designed by ICTS based on decades of experience implementing management systems, auditing management systems, and being audited. The course is filled with practical exercises and real application examples, to help participants develop a hands-on understanding that will facilitate the implementation of a world-class Quality Management System.

All ICTS Tutors are broadly experienced, IRCA qualified Lead Auditors and ICTS trains the candidates with internationally recognized training contents and training methodologies. We can provide In-House Training programs in any country where our office is present.

    Lead Auditor Course is a 5 Day programme. The course includes provision of all the training materials, including a comprehensive Delegate’s Notes Manual. There is a written examination, set by the ICTS, on the last day of the course, in addition to continuous assessment based on the practical Exercises, as well as the work and contribution during the course. Delegates who succeed in passing both the continuous assessment and the examination are able to register as a Provisional Auditor, on condition of meeting the ICTS requirements.

  1. Role of Management Representative is critical for the development, implementation, and continual improvement of a Quality Management System. The position of Management Representative is also considered as a knowledge support for whole organization; therefore, Management Representative should be equipped with necessary knowledge and tools of quality management including understanding of ISO standard.

    This interactive in-house training is designed to provide knowledge and skills necessary for becoming an effective Management Representative in accordance with ISO standard. This training will create understanding of the relevant requirements of a quality system given in ISO standards in detail and as well as other requirements in general.
